It was not a sure thing that they were going to take just anyone, they were selective and want to hire the very best.

My boss just reached out to check in this evening, asked how I was doing and let me know that he was here for me all weekend if I need him.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coming to work knowing that someone is always there for me no matter what. Everyone is a cheerleader and we all have the same job, so why not help each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the best job ever, I get to help find people that "Perfect Home" and I get to sell homes for the right price in the right amount of time with the least amount of hassle. I meet fabulous people. I have clients for life, also know as friends.
