Reasons I feel undervalued - Market Discrepancy, Lack of Recognition, Unequal Pay, Increased Responsibilities. Market correction, pay parity, industry benefits benchmarking (health, leaves, holiday, training sponsorship etc.)

Our health benefits can definitely be better. Base salary negotiations are difficult, even if additional responsibilities are added to your plate.
