What does the leadership team need to get better at?
humanity with employee benefits as compared to market and traditions
I am current employee . If you feel you are helpless and don't have any job for 3 months even then don't join this company . They are very sweet in the starting. HR are unprofessional and well trained to mislead candidates.While joining they will give you lots of hope but don't believe on those.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
not under-valued, as I said culture is great working here. Overall salaries we talk from the organization is not as per the standard. People stay back because of the culture and leaders who values their efforts.

As my role has expanded and my impact has increased, my compensation has not evolved at the same pace. A review that reflects my current responsibilities and performance would help me feel more valued.
My academics are less utilised in my current role, a change is roles and responsibilities would bring a lot more productivity from me.
I think if we get paid as per the market value
As per the market standards, someone who's been employed for over 13 years, gets paid better I feel. I understand all the factors like cost of living in Vadodara and that when I joined, I came from a different industry though

My coworkers often lack experience, requiring seniors to spend significant time training them. Better structured onboarding, mentorship, and retention practices would help us collaborate more efficiently and ensure that time invested in training benefits the team long-term

More consulting company researched targets, less life lessons from Director, more flexibility on schedule as this is all online work done on laptops.

What makes me most happy at work is seeing the impact of my contributions and knowing that my efforts make a difference. I also value collaborating with supportive teammates, learning new skills, and overcoming challenges together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are seen as a body shop. Our candidate delivery could be much better. There is frustration from our clients when internal operations are exposed. Every person we employ should have a client-first attitude.
