I am current employee . If you feel you are helpless and don't have any job for 3 months even then don't join this company . They are very sweet in the starting. HR are unprofessional and well trained to mislead candidates.While joining they will give you lots of hope but don't believe on those.

What did you like most about the interview process?

PPT, challenges, discussion about career path, goals

just a 2 level process, so easy for candidates to focus on

Questions related to work were asked. I failed to give one answer, but they educated me while being interviewed

3 rounds of IV (HR, Manager, Director) is best to identify qualified resource for the team.

What I liked most about the interview process was how organized, transparent it was. The interviewers also created a welcoming atmosphere
