They hear us. They give us free hands to do a specific work and also they give inputs to us if we face any challenge

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am current employee . If you feel you are helpless and don't have any job for 3 months even then don't join this company . They are very sweet in the starting. HR are unprofessional and well trained to mislead candidates.While joining they will give you lots of hope but don't believe on those.

My coworkers often lack experience, requiring seniors to spend significant time training them. Better structured onboarding, mentorship, and retention practices would help us collaborate more efficiently and ensure that time invested in training benefits the team long-term

Healthy competition is something that drives me to work hard. Everyone helps each other without a single thought, but at the same time, they themselves work hard in achieving their own target.
Its positive and the atmosphere is also good around me.

What did you like most about the interview process?
PPT, challenges, discussion about career path, goals
just a 2 level process, so easy for candidates to focus on
Questions related to work were asked. I failed to give one answer, but they educated me while being interviewed
3 rounds of IV (HR, Manager, Director) is best to identify qualified resource for the team.
What I liked most about the interview process was how organized, transparent it was. The interviewers also created a welcoming atmosphere

They could be more upfront about benefits, for one thing. Be more professional in asking for requirements is another thing

We are seen as a body shop. Our candidate delivery could be much better. There is frustration from our clients when internal operations are exposed. Every person we employ should have a client-first attitude.
