What did you like most about the interview process? It was a long time ago. It's different now. I liked that I was accepted for who I was and recognized for my capabilities rather than my attire and my resume.
What makes you most happy at work?My favorite coworkers and helping students.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people I work most closely with are amazing. It feels good to help students. The physical environment of my workspace is awful - I was stuck in a small space with barely enough room to move my chair.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? The lack of communication between departments is ridiculous. People generally do not work together as a cohesive team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better pay for the expected responsibilities is what is needed overall at the college.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Seeing what is going on with the employees. Many managers are just trying to please upper management instead of focusing on helping the employees who work for them.
