Columbia Sportswear Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Nothing i wouldn't get somewhere else

Not really sure.. . Z

My health care is the best.

Omg so many things, just wowwie

They make sure employees are taken care of.

I thinj it is fine

Flexible schedules, decent health plan, 401k match with good options, RSU grants.

Health care coverage and bonus program

Review from Operations Dept

Decent raises and bonuses, but I would like to see time off given to NON-family people in comparison to what is done for young families.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The person doing the discrimination addressed

Employees that have work there for long period of time have to share hours they get no health insurance benefits no bonuses and we do just as much as a managers

Review from Sales Dept

I am a female worker and have never felt more uncomfortable in my life

Don't under pay your staff. Telling the team your doing great then end of quarter you tear them down

I have not been paid after almost a month of work and whenever I ask about money im ignored.

Review from Sales Dept

I believe that the amount of work that i do and the quotas that i meet, i should be compensayed more.

Low pay and low morale. People treated like second class

teams are not happy, bad morale, no room for growth and low pay

A pay raise. Work conditions aren’t getting any bette

yes compensation at in all and many positions are low. People talk about their low pay salary.

To be paid a wage that is equal to my job. Some departments require more experience and knowledge than entry level new hires and the wage difference is pennies on the dollar

Review from Operations Dept

If they would allow us to organize without retaliation and let us begin negotiations on better pay and more inclusive benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

Never worked for a company where they prioritize cost to the penny over pushing or disrupting the fashion apparel business

I work harder than most and know more than some of my supervisors but I feel like I’m taken advantage of and bullied. Higher pay

Review from Sales Dept

They don't pay me a living wage, they let an assistant manager bully me on a daily basis, and they don't offer me fair hours to match my schedule as a single parent.
