Depending on the position, they sometimes have multiple people interviewing which I think helps prevent bias

If they would allow us to organize without retaliation and let us begin negotiations on better pay and more inclusive benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think having a steady day is the best, when there is enough work to keep me focused without overloading myself. That doesn't happen very much anymore.
