A wide range of people. Young, old, differences in sexual orientation and multiple ethnic backgrounds.

No one is held accountable. Which flows downward to associates which are also not h of accountable
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team can work without any supervisor or manager as we have shown in the past couple months on more than one occasion
What makes you most happy at work?
To be able to do my job successfully by meeting customers orders on or before expected delivery. A day without drama and fear
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be paid a wage that is equal to my job. Some departments require more experience and knowledge than entry level new hires and the wage difference is pennies on the dollar
