Hiring people of color for diversity
Positivity. She is excrusiatingly rude and forceful to her employees who work nearly eight hour shifts with no complaints.
Increase pay, internal opportunities and help aid in creating quality product
The person doing the discrimination addressed
Employees that have work there for long period of time have to share hours they get no health insurance benefits no bonuses and we do just as much as a managers

I am a female worker and have never felt more uncomfortable in my life
Don't under pay your staff. Telling the team your doing great then end of quarter you tear them down

Meetings do not encourage better performance
Columbia employees have formed an unofficial union and act as a pack to eliminate any person who might do better than their average performance. The Columbia HR department is a joke and acts like an ostrich, refusing to even listen to employees unless management says it is okay: Nazis.
Not be afraif to speak up
very negative, stay in their lane, do not think outside the box, afraid of change
coworkers need to be more professional, need to hire talent from out side competitors. some coworkers have not had outside experience. Most need upgrading and tech skill updates
One manager ruins the whole enviroment
Balance out your director to analyst ratio .
Pay your new workers or you will never keep employees long term

People are negatibe and hate change
Hire leaders who care about the quality of design
Average cpuld be improved with better softwares
interviews need to be faster and panels need to be more courteous
HR recruiters teams need reevaluation, most are not specialized in apparel design or have worked in apparel so they do not know the apparel roles that they are filling in
Interviewing panel should learn apparel construction and any development or designers roles should provide technical portfolios
Part-timers should be able to be offered insurance if they're paying for it employees signing up people for rewards should also receive bonuses like the managers part-timers that have been there a long period of time should not have to share their hours
As a part-timer we should have the ability to pay for insurance through the company also if the managers get bonuses for us signing people up for greater rewards we should also get some kind of bonus as well
Old school is not cool. Remember what Gert wanted and get back to right or your legacy will be destruction of a company.
The products are cheaply made, they do not have a quality
Emphasis on respect and promoting a growth mindset, investment in employees and communication.
