What did you like most about the interview process?
I was very honest and love to joke around a little to lighten up. The interview usually goes well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, teamwork, showing how and not telling someone how to something they never done before, and mostly stop gossiping and being messy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I’m actually not sure. I want to say good but I know a lot of people who left by being treated unfair and they felt like it had to do with their cultur

Within the years that I’ve been here, I’ve took on some very serious responsibilities by helping out my colleagues in different departments/?roles as a team player. The problem is being taken advantage of by not being acknowledged/rewarded and still being used to take on other jobs responsibili
