What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really love the leadership team and how well they manage and set a great example for employees. There is a great sense of morale in the workplace, and I am able to get along very well with all of my coworkers. I haven't had a job before in which I've been able to get along as well with coworkers.
Adaptability, progressive and supportive culture
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Agency policies. Maybe if they fully understood the agency policies they would make better decisions about the agency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the retirement part of it.
Paid time off and regular wage market and COLA assessment in addition to merit increases
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though there are no raises, we never hear the words good job, I appreciate what you do, etc. No verbal recognition.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team! They are so nice and helpful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing, really. It might be nice to be paid more.
The agency Board of Directors and staff need to be on the same page. I think that we are off course with what our mission is "helping people, changing lives".
