Training department is full of bias and third party examiner is part of training. They base your cdl on their comments. I do not feel welcome. I wish get more professional trainers.
People here are intelligent, kind, and want to do good work. We're also over worked right now - leadership seems to over commit to programs and projects. I am hopeful this will change.
