Pay lower than other transit agencies but benefit is dissent.

Union raises every quarter, the vast chances for advancement, we have new mechanics that really know how to work on our buses, we have all new buses instead of the old broken down ones we had a few years ago, we have chains to put on the tires during the winter which is something we didn't have befo

Regular coach operators are dissent hard workers.
We work well together and support one another
