I received a nice raise from the start and had a review for a merit raise within 6 months.

Competitive pay and ability to make more with effort

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No one is compensated for the amount of stress created by toxic leader. Pay would not be an issue if office manager executed duties fairly and diligently. Instead of doing their job, they are in the office for a few hours and then spends 3+ (usually more) hours shopping at Hobby Lobby, Costco, etc

Too many tasks, no support. Who will ever pay you enough for the work we do
