Office needs a new office manager. Many employees have quit due to bullying and toxic environment.
No one is compensated for the amount of stress created by toxic leader. Pay would not be an issue if office manager executed duties fairly and diligently. Instead of doing their job, they are in the office for a few hours and then spends 3+ (usually more) hours shopping at Hobby Lobby, Costco, etc
Too many tasks, no support. Who will ever pay you enough for the work we do
