What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Office needs a new office manager. Many employees have quit due to bullying and toxic environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one is compensated for the amount of stress created by toxic leader. Pay would not be an issue if office manager executed duties fairly and diligently. Instead of doing their job, they are in the office for a few hours and then spends 3+ (usually more) hours shopping at Hobby Lobby, Costco, etc
Too many tasks, no support. Who will ever pay you enough for the work we do

Coworkers are not the issue, their stress levels and negativity directly affect leadership from manager.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
CVP caring about its employees
increase in wages would certainly help
