Leadership keeps blaming the market downturn. While it may partially be true, there has been poor management and prioritization of products that have landed us with a loss of benefits and lack of competitive pay.
The average $ that CSMs in my state make is much higher that Compass pays

The review structure at Compass is absoultely broken and comparable to those AP tests one would take in high school, where everyone is evaluated on a number system and only a certain amount of those numbers are permissed to be handed out.
