Big biased boys club. Selfish upper management who have been trained by the owner to lead in a passive agressive manner. They claim to care about their employees. Bottomline, they only care about their own agenda to move up even if it means taking credit for others ideas beneath them.

Very fast and stressful.

I have one co-worker I am close to and feel we’re friends. Anymore, they are the reason I stay. I’d feel bad bailing on them.

They asked about their internal software programs and if you had experience using them.

Expected to work 730-430 or 8-5. You can take time off for appointments but need to make it up.

What is your ideal work environment like? They are more interested in culture and the employee “fitting in”.
What's the work from home policy like at CompuNet?
Expected to be in office up to 3-5 days a week. Depends on position.
Does CompuNet drug test or do a background check?
They used to when hired. They had to stop at one point because someone complained. No random testing.

None existent unless you are related.
How innovative is CompuNet?
We used to be but now everyone is too busy fixing problems to be innovative.

Outings are only for Executives, Sales and Engineers.

No. Rare these days. Few and far between. They claim to promote from within and post jobs on the website but they’d rather fire an employee any more than do a lateral move.

None existent.
What is the hardest interview question CompuNet asks?
What is your salary requirement? They want to hire people at the cheapest rate possible. They hire employees now that are cheaper with less experience over someone with good experience if they cost more and may ask questions during the interview.
