Big biased boys club. Selfish upper management who have been trained by the owner to lead in a passive agressive manner. They claim to care about their employees. Bottomline, they only care about their own agenda to move up even if it means taking credit for others ideas beneath them.

  • What is your salary requirement? They want to hire people at the cheapest rate possible. They hire employees now that are cheaper with less experience over someone with good experience if they cost more and may ask questions during the interview.
