Big biased boys club. Selfish upper management who have been trained by the owner to lead in a passive agressive manner. They claim to care about their employees. Bottomline, they only care about their own agenda to move up even if it means taking credit for others ideas beneath them.

What is the PTO policy at CompuNet?
Two weeks upon hire, can earn up to five weeks a year. All positions are expected to take laptop on personal vacations in case your department needs work done and you didn’t cover it before you leave and don’t expect to be paid for it. They have most employees on salary for that reason so it won’t be reported. Expect a phone call while on vacation if they get stuck.
