Big biased boys club. Selfish upper management who have been trained by the owner to lead in a passive agressive manner. They claim to care about their employees. Bottomline, they only care about their own agenda to move up even if it means taking credit for others ideas beneath them.

Chronically short staffed, working in a run down environment

The people are helpful the teamwork is amazing the job is challenging but fun

The staff was a boys club wrought with egotistical attitudes. and misogynistic statements towards others. The only employees treated with dignity are those that could offer high value, otherwise you were demeaned or yelled at. The manager at the time was the worst and only cared about himself.

My manager is hands on when needed. Most other managers never leave their offices.

The willingness to hear your input

Commication on all levels. Wasting money on internal solutions that dont work on every level.

The leadership team needs to listen to their staff and make them feel valuable.

Extra pay for location, weekends, and holidays

The rewards package at CompNet is unlike most. The benefits are outstanding, and the pay is more than fair.

The staff was treated poorly when they were not of value in the moment.

Friendly, engaging, share information, very experienced

One of the best things about my team is the collaboration. Not only in the team but with all teams across the business.

Some nice people but few and far between anymore. It's a different company now.

Treat EVERYONE respectfully regardless of their position, value, or situation. Many staff did, but the management team did not.
