What does the leadership team need to get better at?Commication on all levels. Wasting money on internal solutions that dont work on every level.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Treat EVERYONE respectfully regardless of their position, value, or situation. Many staff did, but the management team did not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The staff was treated poorly when they were not of value in the moment.
