Employee retention is not important. 21 people have left our team alone in less than 2 years. Improve culture, be more innovative, coach your employees, CARE.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The company pay is not up to scale with the industry standard. The comp plan changes frequently.
