Need to be more in touch with workers, they'd feel better about the company & themselves & therefore more productive. Oldest thing that the people in the ivory towers don't understand. Thank them with money of course but actually listen to what are their hardships & needs.

Stable hood company not very dymanic or fast paced.

Used to be the best place for employment. Workers had a pension and it was all about family. We had the best time and work and co-workers were excellent.

Too many meaningless meetings. Too many people are self entitled and dont feel a sense of pride in their work.

Single purpose to keep people safe and help customers.

Get to meet and work with lots of different people & we have a bond, unfortunately, some are lazy & still paid for showing up or calling in sick & abusing the system, makes it hard to go the extra mile when they're rewarded for not working hard.

Growth. There are many projects on the horizon.

Some folks do it all - some do not do their share at all
