Great intelligent folks in leadership roles but their hands are tied due to upper managements constraints and politics.

The company does not pay commensurate with inflation or competence.
Better treatment higher base pay.
Because we're always made to feel that we're replacable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not much of trust and connection.
Too many meaningless meetings. Too many people are self entitled and dont feel a sense of pride in their work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the management and hire good people that have empathy and care about the employees and their growth.
Retain positive and nice employees.
