we feel corporate does not care about workers , an equal pay scale instead of newer employees making less doing the same work

HR seems to prioritize getting employees in trouble rather than helping find solutions to employees concerns. In regards to compensation i feel the pay is good specially because we work a lot of overtime but it doesnt match life expenses.
being told im just a number and can be easily replaced. yet always having 12-20 mechanics and maintenance tech jobs open. they dont care about amount of hours worked and would rather you work than take any time off for yourself. reminded that my opinion doesn't matter, personal or professional
