The way we are able to get our work done in spite of the constant confusion amongst the "leadership".
Everyone pitches in, supports each other, and balances each other's skillsets.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We refuse to lose. My boss cares about people.
the hourly union employees, period
Not much, used to be able to say at least the hours are good, but last year they took away our every other Sunday, and after Union negotiations were over earlier this year they took away our Saturdays, we are lucky to get 32hrs now...I used to get about 64hrs, I work in the busiest room in the plant
