Undervalued and underpaid for the job expectations
No overtime pay despite the next shift coming in late. The manager is looking for your mistakes and magnify them. If you report the manager to HR, the manager has his or her means of projecting his or her faults on you. Unfair because the higher leadership will not listen to you and will fire you.
As an experienced registered radiologic technologist in a large metropolitan area, this company is getting quite the bargain- at a solid 20% less pay than similar jobs in the same area.
