Staff should stop being in each other personal business and stop bad mouthing one another. Staff should definitely stop throwing mistakes in people face like people don't make mistakes. Everyone should get crossed trained and not certain people. Every Staff should rotate schedules and job duties

Hopeless. They do not listen to suggestions about eliminating favoritism, bias, discrimination, bullying, ganging up, and harassment especially towards male employees and Asians and throwing the hardest worker under the bus. The working environment is hostile and toxic. Pure evil!
Never had a raise in over 7years. No career advancement opportunities. Poor staffing. Poor continuity of care.

Negative energy, co workers throw mistakes in my face like mistakes don't happen. Management tells staff things we should know after the fact. If things change while a person is out they are the last to know. Management is too much into personal business. Not properly training staff.

Bring in consultants to look at processes. Try to be proactive instead of reactive and trust your wmployees to do their job instead of micromanaging every little item. One size does not fit all just because something works in one clinic does not mean it will work as well in another. Be flexible.
No teamwork or can do attitude. All roadblocks- no customer service.
There was no need for me to interview five different times. Try to get all of the players together im a room instead of dragging out five different calls.
Retrain individuals to respect the privacy of patients.

Losing good workers to better companies and general disorganization. There needs to be a top-down push for transparency, unity, and support for workers. Paid holidays and better compensation/benefits are a start, but it needs a whole makeover.
There's a list of things that this company can fix start with meetings and communication and have everyone on the same page.
Stop walk ins on top of appoiintments and that one change would improve the KPI's
