Nothing. We have very little control over the KPI's needed to get the bonus and are rated on many things beyond our control. Very small raises even for top preformers

love my team! These individuals are all exceptionally bright, focused on what is right, work very hard

It was a panel interview but only a few people, so not too intimidating
I like that the first manager was her self. And was comfortablewith questions on both sides.
I just walked in with a resume and had a interview on the spot and next thing I know I am hired
