Providing solutions for my customers' issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having 100% of the employee's health insurance covered is probably the best. A close second would be the life insurance coverage for the employee and family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers and team members actually work together as a team should. Nobody hoards knowledge for their own sake but shares their knowledge with the entire team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is just focused on solving problems for our clients. We all have a common goal, and when we all focus on that common goal it makes us all come together in creative ways.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a great job of continually working to improve things for the employees. They are not only concerned with profits or improving their own situations but make sure they are taking care of their employees as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was clear that the manager interviewing me had a high level of knowledge about the position I was interviewing for. I also got a chance to meet other members of the team that would be my coworkers.
