Our team is full of big ideas and different personalities. It's easy to have fun and interact with each other, but we always get stuff done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has encouraged me when wanting to take on large projects that have bettered our team and customers. When wanting to do something new or different, it's never been met with a "No."
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at CoNetrix are what makes our company culture what it is. We enjoy each other's company and encourage each other in different ways. We work together daily and I've never gotten tired of it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews are very different at CoNetrix than at other companies. We try to get to know the candidate on a personal level because we know we can teach them the skills they need for the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love coming to work to see what's new. The industry is constantly changing and we get to see how we're going to evolve with it. We have never been stagnant and we strive to be a front runner in the field.
