My overall experience has been very positive. Coming to work at CoNetrix is like coming to work with family. The company has solid leadership that supports an atmosphere of encouragement, direction, focus and accountability. The members of my group work together as a cohesive unit.

Good bonus system where I am rewarded based on my performance. Extra effort results in extra rewards. I like that.

Within my company I feel like I am a valued member of the family. Environment is courteous, supportive and friendly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The team that interviewed me did a very good job to ensure I was a good fit for the culture and the job requirements I would be tasked with. I believe that has resulted in a very strong company with an excellent environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is tight and provides assistance wherever it is needed. If I do not have an answer for my customer I can find someone within the team that does. It is a solid network of individuals that work together to get the job done in a smooth and efficient manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the technical challenges that come with my work. I feel that what we do is a very valuable asset to society. I like assisting companies that want to strengthen their foundation with regards to information security. I really love the feedback from customers when we provide a good service.
