The people are what make CoNetrix a great place to work. My coworkers are organically happy and driven to work for this company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coworker interaction, and customer satisfaction. CoNetrix produces great products that are constantly complimented by those that use them. Working with great teammates and having happy customer's helps with day to day interactions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the comradery of our team. We all get along, there is very little (if none) work place drama. My position cannot function without a team, so good teamwork is a must.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the authenticity of the people who interviewed me. I got a sense real quick that people in this company were not intimidating, and more down to earth. Questions were good along with communication during the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company is small enough that everyone knows each other. Management truly does care about employee's. Life happens sometimes, and they understand and empathize with you. They also lead well and are very professional at carrying out their duties.
