I love the people I work with and am very thankful for the uplifting culture that has been developed over many years.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Company leadership works hard to hire high-integrity people with a passion for technology and service. Maintaining a healthy work/life balance is a high priority.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation is reasonable and fair for our area. There is a good selection of available benefits (health, dental, vision, life, etc.) and company leadership makes every effort to keep costs as low as possible.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I love the people I work with. We all strive to maintain an excellent work environment. Nobody is difficult to get along with. We hold ourselves and each other accountable for keeping that culture in good shape.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was very discussion-oriented and I got to meet many members of the company's leadership during the process. They seemed genuinely interested in who I am as a person and allowed plenty of space for conversations and questions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Company leadership listens to employee concerns and does everything they can to put people into roles where they can have the most impact. Maintaining the right company culture while at the same time providing excellent customer service are top priorities.
