What are some of the best things about your team?
How encouraging and kind they are. I never go a day without laughing when I'm at work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like they really listened to my answers and if I didn't understand a question, they would kindly explain. I felt comfortable with everyone in the room.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very encouraging, kind, and hard-working. We have lots of very smart people here but no one comes off as a "smartest in the room" kind of person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of our leaders are "lead by example" kind of people. They are hard-working and feel like "one of us". Lots of leaders can be intimidating and demanding but our leadership team is very welcoming, understanding, and encouraging.
