I am at a place that teaches me to not only grow as an employee, but also as a husband, father, and friend. CoNetrix cares about its people more than making a profit, and it is evident every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to help. One of our core values is Team Spirit, and this is demonstrated on a daily basis. Rather than competing against each other, we look for ways to help if someone is out sick, at a conference, or on vacation.
