The leadership team is constantly seeing how they can improve and guide people at the organization. They want to directly hear from employees and make sure they are taken care of.

Our culture has a people first mindset. CoNetrix truly cares about how you are doing as a person. Likewise the companies core values keep all employees true to themselves and their work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team is a helper. Anytime you need advice, help, or guidance, whether it's for your day to day job, your career, or even your life, the team is great at supporting you.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing I love most about my work is being able to help others. I truly do care about helping people and making sure their needs are met. Out customers can be in very stressful roles, so anytime I can help a customer and make their day a little bit better it does feel rewarding.
