I think the most positive thing is we have a clear and compelling company mission and values, but also a support for work-life balance.

The initial interview was relaxed and positive. The interview was about getting to know me all around not just my knowledge of the job I applied for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the leadership team's commitment to open communication. They provide updates and create several opportunities for feedback, which helps everyone feel informed and connected. They also encourage teamwork and value different perspectives.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to help people and learn new things. With this job I have the best of both worlds as well as being valued as an employee. Questions are welcomed, and no one will make you feel silly for not knowing an answer.
