What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair benefits offered to employees
Insurance rates are fair to the employees
Cant speak much to this but they gave me my first salary position and a %+ bonus so im happy about it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The strong ones work extra hard to ensure all tasks are completed.
Helpful and understanding. They use positive reinforcement and aren't in a hurry to cast blame for one off mistakes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A handful of employees are amazing and make the chaos bearable — they’re the ones keeping the place afloat. But far too many others spend more time pointing fingers and deflecting than actually working. When leadership rewards that kind of behavior, it creates a culture where blame is the defa

Fun staff for the majority.
The employees that make each other smile and laugh throughout the day.
Cultivation of talent is one of their core values and they actually live by it.

I work from home and actually advanced into a career. Work is work but as far as companies go this has been the best one I've been employed at so far.
