While we work hard at Connexity, we firmly believe that all work and no play make for an uninspiring day, and that’s not how we roll! Our leaders put employee happiness at the top of the priority list because that is what drives our success. We work hard to make Connexity the kind of place where people are excited to come to work. With a variety of events, wellness & recognition programs, free food, the occasional scavenger hunt, and lots of karaoke, we find innovative ways to engage and inspire our employees. We believe that if we get the culture right, then all the rest falls into place!
