Great team motivation, regular company updates are the best
People oriented, open, flexible, smart

Recognize the hard workers & pay them accordingly. And let managers decide raises.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if I felt there was a path to growth in the company. Both in terms of my role and continued regular advancement, as well as for the company to grow profitably.

culture is the best, friendly, open, collaborative, dynamic

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very positive environment. friendly coworkers easy to reach management / executive team. promotes new initiatives or ideas - 10% time is best
people are great, benefits, perks and work environment are great too

The culture is pretty amazing as is

they do not ask cryptics questions..know your subject you well you will sail thru
giving a presentation on 30/60/90 plan

Team / manager. easy st forward communication; no politics - its the best
going everyday to an environment where I feel welcome, stimulated and happy
