What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop outsourcing to India and Dominican Republic. The customers are not being understood on their technical issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Each team i interact with is highly efficient and wonderful with their customers. But we're all tired of the toxic environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is highly talented and skilled, yet they are all tired of being treated like they're easily replaced when they are NOT replaceable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Rather than celebrating my tenure, I was informed I've capped out on pay increases. Not one manager reached out to congratulate me on my 12th anniversary. The morale budget has also been removed. No more team lunches or impromptu small gifts.
