Our team is very transparent and happy to address and discuss any concern

My team is incredibly welcoming and down to earth. Tech is prone to ego and I see very little.

I love solving problems and having a web of people to go to if I run into anything blocking me.

Despite working remote, Continu is full of people that want to connect and love being a part of the team

Our leadership team is approachable and open to feedback. There is very little ego and they really seem to care about individual employees

I have never seen any micromanagement. Every employee hired seems to be a self starter and it makes getting my work done comfortable and fun.

Getting to work with new technologies and learn new things day to day. As a young company, we really get to stretch our legs there

Teamwork is incredibly strong on our team. Everyone is happy to jump on a call to discuss anything and no one is too busy to help.
