Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Continu is a fantastic company to work for. Their executives are very hands on and do whatever they can to ensure the success of the company. Each department brings a solid amount of experience and skill to the overall job duties and our Slack is always engaging, making it a fun atmosphere.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health benefits. There was a ton of health insurance options that works best for any situation.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to showcase my skills and expertise in my department, our marketing team is very small so everything we do matters.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The friendliness of the team and care from the executives. Our people (HR) team are always looking for ways to improve the work experience.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They work just as hard as the regular employees, always being proactive in their approach to grow the company, enhance the product and gain new team members.

What makes you most happy at work?

Every day there's some company news that's great! Whether a big name company became a customer or a new perk to working here is being announced. There's always something.

Everything is clearly thought out with tons of options that best fit my lifestyle and goals. The health plan is perfect for my family and the 401k benefits are always nice.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is always looking out for their employees. Weekly meetings are usually about how you're feeling and if there is anything they can do to help your experience. Everything feels like a casual chat.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our department is a small team and after a week of working here, I feel like I've known them for years. Chats are productive yet fun and engaging. Everyone in the company has the same mindset and very welcoming.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Every single person in the company has this "let's make Continu the best learning platform" mentality. Whether its the engineering team pumping out new features, the sales team connecting with prospects, success upselling and retaining customers, and marketing promoting the brand.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There's no micromanaging or "reporting to board member" meetings where you'll feel nervous about your job security. Work is all about getting it done and holding employees accountable. This in turn motivates employees to get work done because it's what's best for themselves and the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?

There wasn't any sort of nerves during the interviews. It was all about asking you about your interests, goals, aspirations, and what you like about the job position. Interviews felt more like they were getting to know you than quiz you on specifics about your job description.
