Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I thoroughly enjoy working at Continu. I truly believe we have caring management who wants to the best for the company, us, and our customers. I feel challenged but not that I am left to fend for myself without help should I need it. This is a great company to work for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun, inclusive, caring, hard working
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I am paid a fair wage and appreciate the compensation for achieving goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working yet fun. There are no egos. Everyone is looking out for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have autonomy to make my own decisions and am not micromanaged but can reach out for help whenever needed
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the 401K and medical benefits. Only area I would like to see is a future company match on the 401K.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, rising-tide mentality that is clearly shown not just spoken. We all work best when working together. They are compassionate and care for us as team members
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am an integral part of the team and that I get to work autonomously. I know what I need to do and management empowers me to do my best work without micromanagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the diverse group of employees we have. From different backgrounds, locations, interests. The other great thing is we have a really funny group. Everyone works hard but also keeps things light which is appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is collaborative and shares in the common goal of helping to make Continu the best product for our customers. The entire team will help when needed and anyone is available to answer a question. There are no silos, the entire company is one collaborative unit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the transparency and clear messaging to everyone at the company about various aspects of the business. It helps us to understand the motivations and implications of decisions being made. I also feel like I have a voice here and can express myself to anyone in the leadership team.
