What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are awesome. I love them.
They live our values every day
The leadership team is very down to earth, genuinely cares about the employees and are transparent.
Will to try things and fail fast.
They live and breathe the company values every day in their words and actions. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and abiity to #RecoverQuickly when there has been a miss. They have vision for what Convoy can (and will!) be and are heavily investing in culture and esp DE&I

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get lots of vacation time.
Great health benefits and unlimited PTO
Base pay and the Benefits (almost 100% fully paid)
Equity has an amazing upside.
Unlimited vacation time! But that's not offered to L3s
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower than market, not many benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
Eveyone is smart, nice & fun to work with
Great group of people. Talented. Smart. Care about others and getting the work done. Hard working.
My team is comprised of industry experts and Convoy veterans (worked at Convoy for more than a year). I really enjoy my manager's fair & inclusive leadership style and clear expectation-setting. My peers are also world-class: smart, easy to work with, happy to help out if I'm ever in a pinch.
Everyone wants to get stuff done, we just don't have the time or manpower

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership really cares about fostering a healthy, happy, fun culture where people can be their authentic self and be empowered to to their best wirk
The values are incorporated into everyday work.
Although my team typically logs long hours, it's not expected of me nor asked by my manager. In fact, there's a real push/encouragement for work-life balance. But we're all "Type-A" workers so we manage as we need to. I am 100% bought into our company values and people really do embody them!
Company culture is far from the best. There are pockets of people who really try to improve it but without 100% buy-in from executives it doesn't really matter.
Everyone is positive. Not weighed down by bureaucracy. Everyone is encouraged to think about the business and how we can do better.

What did you like most about the interview process?
As long as you use the STAR process and show that you exhibit Convoy values you'll be fine
I was able to be my authentic self throughout the process.
Like others, it's about the values. Frame your answer/career example in the "Situation Task Answer Result" model you'll do fine. Interview loops also have a bar raiser who may not ask you "how many ping pong balls fit in the Empire State building?" but be prepared to think/respond critically

Transparency around product direction/company direction
My team! Great group of people
The work and the people.
I've been on 2 different teams in 2 years at Convoy. I'm happy today with my *team* but don't really like the mundane aspects of my role. My favorite team had a more critical role, every day was a different problem to solve, and we constantly told jokes, and laughed all day. Depends on the team!
Solving hard problems for internal customers, seeing the benefit it gives them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be more vision, what are we striving for?
