  • The morale at Cordell and Cordell is the worst that I have ever experienced at any company. Everyone is under constant threat of being fired. Admin turnover is over 40%.

  • Morale is very poor. Administrative and support staff are fired for making mistakes. As a result, people are constantly in fear of being fired from their jobs. This is not a company where lower level people work more than a year or two.
