How's the morale at Cordell & Cordell?
The morale at Cordell and Cordell is the worst that I have ever experienced at any company. Everyone is under constant threat of being fired. Admin turnover is over 40%.
Morale is very poor. Administrative and support staff are fired for making mistakes. As a result, people are constantly in fear of being fired from their jobs. This is not a company where lower level people work more than a year or two.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Cordell & Cordell?
They have very poor management practices. If you make a mistake, expect to be fired. The style is management by bullying. This is the reason why their turnover in administrative and support staff is over 40%.
What's the office vibe like at Cordell & Cordell?
Bow down to the partners. If you are an admin or support person, you will be fired immediately for making a mistake.
