What do you like best about the leadership team?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No communication. Constantly threatening to fire people.
Management by bullying. Make a mistake and you will be fired. Turnover is over 40% for staff and administrative positions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation was alright, but the work-life balance was the worst. The workload was terrible too!
Medical insurance cost was covered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Merit increases are minimal but the amount of work keeps increasing exponetially

Change in management. Need to quit firing people when they make mistakes.
