I was not happy. The firm needed some crucial changes, and the top management failed to bring in or implement those changes. First, some awful staffing issues needed to be fixed, as being short-staffed led to stressful and chaotic situations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation was alright, but the work-life balance was the worst. The workload was terrible too!
