Owner doesn't give yearly raises. When I asked about insurance the manager had no clue.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Owners stirs up issues and talks/gossips about the stylists and causes tension. Fairness in scheduling is nonexistent. Management takes off way too much.
