What do you like best about the leadership team?
They hire smart people and let them do great things. They offer a clear vision of the company goals. They focus on creating an amazing team culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to slow down, understand there are years of tech debt on our way.

I really appreciate the full 401k match

Our teams work well together, everyone is very supportive.

Some people here are wonderful, the rest can be uptight, and stuck in their ways
